Sandy Liu
Providing Sellers with the most innovative method in marketing so that their property can reach the right type of buyers. Sandy holds Dual degrees of Bachelor in Marketing and Business from California State Polytechnic University and vast commercial experience in the hotel business, buying and selling nationally branded and independent properties throughout North America over the past 15 years.
She is a Chinese Realtor who is fluent in Mandarin and English. She had the privilege of working with a global clientele from Taiwan, China, India, and East Europe. Majority of her buyers come from Vancouver and throughout Canada. Most of her buyers are originally from China, but has been in Canada for many years and is familiar with western culture and customs. Chinese buyers are looking for new real estate investment opportunities on Vancouver Island.
